Shooting ball Federation of India –The Shooting ball Federation of India was founded by Sh. Mirza Siddique, Sh. G.S. Sinde, Sh. M.L. Gupta, Sh. Krishan Chand Mittal, Sh. S.R. Sirke, Sh. Khem Chand Gupta, Sh. S.P. Aggarwala, Sh. Tangawela as a founder member.
The first National Championship was held at Ambedkar Stadium New Delhi in 22-24 April 1976.
The Shooting ball Federation of India was recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Government of India on 20th September 1985.
Asian Shooting ball Federation grant recognition to Shooting ball Federation of India on 11th December 2018
Shooting Ball is also included in EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT and FIT INDIA program of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.
Indian (Men/Women) Shooting Ball teams participated in India- Nepal Test Match held on 29 May 2018 at Pokhra (Nepal)
Indian (Men) Shooting Ball teams participated in India- Bangladesh Test match held at J.L.N. Stadium, New Delhi on 2nd June 2022
1st Asian (Men/Women) Shooting Ball Championship held at Ghaziabad (U.P.) from 1st to 2nd February 2023.
1st (Men/Women) Shooting ball World Cup held at J.L.N. Stadium, New Delhi from 02nd to 3rd March 2024.
2nd Asian (Men/Women) Shooting Ball Championship held at Itahari, Nepal from 01st to 2nd February 2025.
